Written Examination:

Physical eligibility test for male and female both

Should be able to lift and carry 35kg of weight to 100 meter without putting it down in 2 minutes

(प्रतिभागी को 2 मिनट में 35 किलो वजन को बिना जमीं पर रखे 100 मीटर की दुरी तक ले जाना होगा।)

Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight to 100 meter without putting it down in 2 minutes

(प्रतिभागी को 2 मिनट में 20 किलो वजन को बिना जमीं पर रखे 100 मीटर की दुरी तक ले जाना होगा।)

 Race 1 km in 4.15 min.   Race 1 km in 5.40 min.
